We received a distressed call from a disabled gentleman, a wheelchair user, who had recently lost his father.
Despite his efforts, he couldn't find any wheelchair-accessible taxis available for
the weekend to take him to his father's funeral. With limited time to organise, and after exhausting every option, he reached out to us in a state of despair. Thankfully, we were able to urgently coordinate with one of our drivers to meet his needs and provide transportation to the funeral. When we informed him that we could fulfill his booking, he was overcome with emotion.

For him, this assistance meant the world, as without Access Plus, he had no alternative. This experience had a profound personal impact on this gentleman, underscoring the crucial role Access Plus plays in ensuring accessibility and support for those in need during challenging times. Our service finishes at 1.00 on Saturday however due to his circumstance we were able to facilitate this.
